What About Web Hosting? Does it matter where I have My Blog Hosted?

Do you offer any ‘bulk’ discounts?

If you look around, you will find out our services are already the lowest out there (even when you factor in our competitors ‘bulk’ rates). If you find something truly ‘apples to apples’ better, let us know and we will drop our prices or boost our service offering for you and everyone else (and send you a birthday gift to boot). How can I pay you?

To make you happy (and let you pile up your favourite credit card points) we accept any major form of plastic payment you want to use (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal). Once you sign up for a package, your card will be charged automatically either yearly (may as well, you save a bundle this way) or monthly on an ongoing basis until you tell us you want to cancel or change your plan package.

How does your 100% satisfaction policy work?

If you are not happy with our service, you get all your money back during the first 30 days of service with us. The only exception to this is in cases where you order something ‘extra’ like a site hack clean-up or site add-on. In this case (assuming we did what we were told) there would either not be a refund or there would be a reduced refund depending on the circumstances.

If you ‘harden’ my WordPress site can you guarantee it won’t be hacked?

If someone really wants to hack into your website they can. The CIA, NSA, Pentagon and most of the world’s governments have all been hacked and they have entire departments dedicated to cyber-security.

The purpose of the WordPress Hardening service is to make sure that your site is no low-hanging fruit.

Is there a limit to the support requests I can make?

I Don’t Have A WordPress Host Yet, What Should I Do?

WordPress is special and needs a special kind of web host. Using a cheap shared hosting plan for a couple of dollars a month is asking for trouble. If you aren’t setup yet with a proper web host select from our list of recommended hosts.

I Already Have A WordPress Blog Hosted Somewhere Else, Can You Still Provide Support?

Sure! Our WordPress Support plans allow us to manage and maintain your site where it’s hosted.

Can I Get A Discount If I Have More Than One Site?

If you’ve got more than 3 WordPress Blogs installed select the Enterprise Plan. Otherwise contact us for a quick strategy session. If you’re in the WordPress business, like theme/plugin developers and hosting services companies we have a preferred partner program that might fit too.

How Will I Be Charged?

You can use any major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. After we start managing your WordPress Sites your cards are auto-charged each month on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel or upgrade your plan. For your records you’ll also receive a monthly invoice reminder 7 days before your card is charged. Payment is due 7 days after the receipt of that invoice.

What If I Want To Cancel?

We’d hate to see that happen, but if it does all you need to do is login to your billing account and use the cancellation request button. If your card happens to get auto-charged and you weren’t planning to renew. Don’t sweat it. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll issue you a full refund.

Do You Have An Affiliate Program?

What Happens is a Theme Or Plugin Breaks My Site?

The simple answer is that we fix it. We go out of our way to ensure compatibility before we update plugins, themes, or WordPress versions, but sometimes the results of an update are unexpected and things break. In those rare scenarios, we quickly repair the issue and contact the plugin or theme author so they can work on patching the issue.

I’m an Advanced User Can I Change My Site On My Own?

Sure! Add additional WordPress plugins and themes. It’s your site. Post as often as you want, include advertisements and affiliate links, create a monthly podcast and build your email list with Landing Pages. If all those word are too advanced for you don’t’ worry, that’s what we’re here to help you learn and implement with our WordPress Training Tutorials.

How Many Support Tickets Can I Open?

You can ask us as many questions as you’d like in sequence, and if your request is covered by your site management plan, then we’ll take care of it right away. There’s no limit to the number of tasks we perform as long as it’s covered by your monthly plan. Sometimes we’ll refer you to an article, or just send you a quick answer of our own for times when you have a question. If your support request isn’t covered by your plan, we’re happy to give you an estimate for completing the work you need done, or can quickly upgrade you to a higher plan. In short, send us a note whenever you think we can make your life easier.

What If I Don’t Need Monthly Support
